BUYING A VILLA: On a 3 acre plot we are building 8 luxury villas on demand with 2 or 3 bedrooms fully furnished. Every villa have his own pool. Construction time is 4 months. The 2-bed villa starts from 21,9 M for the 3-bed villa you have to pay 23,9 M. Every Villa is built on a plot between 1.200 - 1600 m2. The prices will vary from the size of the plot you choose and you get your own title. We offer you also a full service contract including - property management, waste disposal, flat-rate for water, security patrols gardening and pool maintenance every 2nd day for 30.000,-- KSH/monthly. The show house is ready and you are welcome to visit us at any time! Our villas are in Diani near the Hotel Nomad! (approx. 850m to the beach!)
RENTING A VILLA: Rent the Villa Nohna the Villa LaSpa or the Guesthouse on LaSpaDiani for your holidays. The 1.600m2 plot will guaranty you really privacy and the villa offers you 300m2 living area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen with a bar facing the pool. STAFF: To make your time in your villa more comfortable we offer you a private chef for 2.000, -- ksh and a housekeeping for 1.000, -- ksh per day.
LaSpaDiani Restaurant: In our LaSpaDiani Restaurant we offer you breakfast and Dinner on request. Also a catering for an event for you and your guests is available.
CUISINE: Our kitchen is orientated on the very light Mediterranean food. Our chef will also prepare Kenyan dishes with an international twist. Fresh seafood is brought daily on order from the Indian ocean and includes some of the best crabs, prawns, lobster, octopus and fish. Iberico ham, Manchego cheese and Olive Oil are flown in from Spain. Cava and a good choice of Spanish wines are available throughout the year.
AKTIVITIES: Golf: An 18-hole championship golf course is only two kilometers away from LaSpaDiani Villas. The Leisure Lodge Golf Club is recognized as one of the most exciting golf courses in East Africa. The fairways run through Palm, Cashew nut and Casuarinas Pine trees.
